Playing as the easiest hole in terms of the 18 handicap, the par five 14th provides players with a scoring opportunity that they will want to take advantage of. Players will face a tee shot that will need to avoid scattered trees both right and left of the fairway. Finding the fairway here is ideal, as it gives players the best opportunity (and angle) to go for the green in two. If players are in a position to go for the green on their second shot, they will be hitting into a large green that is fairly receptive from long distances. Although there is OB a little ways over the green, there is no real trouble near any other part of the green, and most lengthy shots into this green tend to bounce up on the green when they land a little short. If players decide to lay up with their second shot, they will be left with a short third shot into a green that can yield some friendly putts (the picture below is taken from the putting green looking backwards down the hole). Regardless of the strategy that players implement here, this is most certainly a hole that you will want to score well on!
